The Group explored the site to further consolidate the design. This lead us up under the bridge to decide where our Folie would hang. Our location choice was confirmed by the views from under the bridge. Framing the views with our Folie could be important, but that is not necessarily what the Folie is about. THE FOLIE IS AN ACTIVATOR OF SPACE. It is also a place where people learn. This last point is extremely difficult for the group to decide on, not out of disagreement but simply out of lack of ideas. The focus of learning should influence the form and layout of the Folie, so it is important to figure it out.
My starting point so far is considering how people learn.

Auditory Learners: HearAuditory learners listen to things be explained. Reciting information out loud and having music in the background may be a study method. Other noises may become a distraction resulting in a need for a relatively quiet place.
Visual Learners: See
Visual learners learn best by looking at graphics, watching a demonstration, or reading. For them, it’s easy to look at charts and graphs, but they may have difficulty focusing while listening to an explanation.
Kinesthetic Learners: Touch
Kinesthetic learners process information best through a “hands-on” experience. Actually doing an activity can be the easiest way for them to learn. Sitting still while studying may be difficult, but writing things down makes it easier to understand
